Organizational Justice on Employee Procrastination: a Moderated-Mediation Model of Job Satisfaction and Psychological Contract Breach

Purpose: This research aimed to explain: (1) the role of job satisfaction as a mediator effect organizational justice on procrastination behavior, and (2) psychological contract breach moderator behavior.. . Theoretical framework:. Procrastination is behavior delaying starting work or tasks, completing task that does not need be postponed (Ferrari, 2023). Some people intentionally procrastinate for various subjective reasons, such laziness boredom. Delaying due this intentional element often called Most factors influence focuses more individual factors; therefore, few include social relationship breach.. Perceived one can investigated from sociology behavior. Design/methodology/approach: was conducted through survey 195 education staff civil servants at three state universities in Indonesia.
